Spider Invasion - Thank God I Had The Dirt Devil Bagless Upright Vacuum To Protect Ourselves
In the late autumn the creepy crawlers came scampering into our home from their outside nests in search of refuge from the approaching winter winds and cold. If there is one thing I can't stand it is spiders. One night I was awoken by the howling breeze and a frightening dream to find with dismay, just over my head on the ceiling was a monstrous, furry, eight legged creature that seemed to sense my fear and came slithering towards me in a slow but determined manner. I yelled, but it kept coming.
I woke my husband who was snoring next to me and pushed him, half-awake through the hall shouting 'Bring the vacuum cleaner, its time to go spider-busting'. It was only when we switched on the lights that we saw with complete despair that the arachnid attacker was not alone - he had an army - all through the house they were spotted, stooping in corner, creeping down walls. Right, it was time for determined action.

When at last we'd completed, and not a hairy leg or web could be seen in all the house, we were satisfied. We were tired but contented. We gratefully packed away our Dirt Devil friends. There was no doubt, they'd been our Angels tonight.
