Why what's working, and not what's not working? Well that is simple. When you know what is working in your home based business, you may simply do more of that, and then you can replace what is not working with more of what is working and you'll be on your way.
Thus let's say you have been having plenty of luck getting traffic with Pay-per-click. That's what's making you the most money, and bringing in the most leads. Well then the concept would be to spend more of your time, and setup more of a budget for pay-per-click.
On the flip side you realize that the time you've spent cold calling has produced little to no results. Well then it is probably smart to take the time and resources that you are spending on cold calling and direct that toward Pay per click efforts.
Adaptation - Surprisingly 6 months is a long time. Things change in life fast, and so your life may look pretty different now than it did seven months ago.
Or you may just have had a change in mentality or direction, and what was once important no longer is. Or what was not as vital before may be very crucial now.
